The musical landscape in Brandenburg shines in new splendor! Anna Arakelyan, a talented singer from the OSL music school, showed an outstanding performance at the national competition “Jugend musiziert” in Wuppertal. With 22 points she came in second place in the vocal (pop) solo category. The competition, which took place from June 5th to 11th, brought together around 2,000 young musicians from all over Germany and from German schools abroad, who demonstrated their skills in around 1,250 competitions. The state competition in Eberswalde followed in March, where she again scored 25 points and took first place in the same category. An impressive competition

The national competition, which traditionally takes place over Pentecost, not only attracted participants but also a large audience who admired the musical performances. Over 130 judges judged a variety of competitions in a variety of categories, from solo competitions such as violin and vocals to ensemble competitions that included chamber music and vocal ensembles.
