An exciting day of football in the South Regional League: On the 30th matchday there were thrilling duels that captivated the spectators. The focus was on the game between FC Lauchhammer and SV Döbern, which ended in a 1-1 draw. In wonderful weather, 285 fans came to the stadium to cheer on the teams.
In the second half, Justin Gewiss gave FC Lauchhammer the lead with a goal in the 63rd minute. But SV Döbern showed fighting spirit. Mathias Jäckel's equalizer in the 87th minute caused the traveling fans to celebrate FuPa reports that this late goal caused excitement again.
More league games
But the game in Lauchhammer was not the only highlight of the match day. Union II had to admit defeat against Hohenleipisch 1:2, although the decisive goal only came in the 90th + 6th minute. A bitter end for the Union, as they had already been beaten 7-1 in the first leg against Wildau.
The match between Wildau and Erkner was also exciting, with Wildau initially taking the lead in the 44th minute. But Fionn Haserück equalized in the 81st minute before Joao Marcos Dangla Cortez decided the game in Erkner's favor in the 90th + 2 minute. This shows once again that anything can happen in the final phase of a game!
Ströbitz impressed with a 3-1 win against Lauchhammer, with Luis Hovestadt and Jaime-Lee Förster scoring the goals. Krieschow, on the other hand, had to admit defeat to Wernsdorf 0-3 and was therefore still in crisis.
Table standings and promotion ambitions
The Miersdorfers are in an exciting situation in the table. After a late 2-2 draw in Seelow, where Till Schubert scored twice, they have the opportunity to secure the championship with a win in their final games. Seelow, on the other hand, needs a win and has to hope for a mistake from Miersdorf in order to still have a chance of winning the title.
