Service group leader Ralf Urland confirmed that witnesses had already raised the alarm. When examining the vehicle, the emergency services found various damage to the right side. It was also alarming that all the doors and the tailgate were locked and there was a key in the interior.
Suspicious circumstances
But that's not enough. A closer look revealed that footprints on the windows indicated that someone had tried to get into the vehicle. Another indication was the alcoholic beverages found in the car. Investigators have not yet been able to find out who the owner is because all attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful. The police then contacted the Templin city regulatory authority to further clarify possible violations.
The car was ultimately confiscated because clear violations of insurance requirements and the tax code were found. In addition, the vehicle was classified as not registered for road traffic because the registration sticker was unstamped. Among the police's findings there is also an allegation of fleeing a traffic accident. In this matter, the owner of the car must come forward to take a stand.
Hit and run: A serious issue

Those affected must wait for the injured party or notify the police if the injured party does not show up. This underlines the seriousness of the situation of the unknown vehicle owner, whose actions are now being closely scrutinized.
In times when many people are paying so much attention to their finances, every vehicle owner should make sure to follow the necessary regulations.
