Spectacular state cup: Uckermark teams fight for glory!
The football scene in the Uckermark is currently in turmoil, as the next round of the state cup is scheduled for next weekend. Five teams from the region have qualified and are looking forward to challenging their opponents. Loud Northern Courier A total of eight teams from the Uckermark took part in the tournament, but only five made it through the preliminary round and will fight for a place in the next round on August 16th.
SC Victoria Templin defeated Oberliga relegated Ahrensfelde 2-1 in the preliminary round and will face Stahl Brandenburg in the next game. Anyone interested in an exciting duel can watch the game on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in the Friendship Stadium. It is also interesting that Templin lost both league games against Brandenburg last year, who have now been promoted to the Brandenburg League.

But other teams are also showing their skills: Husaria Schwedt has defeated a higher-class opponent and is now on the pitch in the city derby against Schönower SV. Angermünder FC, who are considered to be promoted to the regional league, have one of the strongest opponents in front of them in Unit Zepernick.
