Important timetable changes from Tuesday: buses are canceled!
From Tuesday, July 15, 2025, passengers on regional transport operated by Spree-Neiße-Cottbusverkehr GmbH must expect significant restrictions. How Niederlausitz Current reported, several trips on lines 800, 855, 868, 881 and 883 are canceled due to organizational reasons. Connections from Cottbus, Spremberg, Forst, Jänschwalde and Großräschen are affected.
Passengers are well advised to find out about current changes before their journey. The transport companies assure that they will inform immediately as soon as regular operations are restored. The canceled trips are particularly important for many commuters and travelers as they are part of everyday traffic.

Information and support for passengers
Anyone who is traveling and would like information will find useful support in INSA's timetable information system. How INSA explains, it not only offers information on timetables for buses and trains in Saxony-Anhalt and the Central German Transport Association, but also real-time information from transport companies. This allows users to determine their door-to-door travel options.
The Cottbus Verkehr website is committed to creating content with the greatest possible care, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. The same applies here: check everything yourself - after all, you don't want to experience any unpleasant surprises. You always use the content at your own risk, so it is advisable to be well informed before your journey in order to avoid unpleasant waiting times.
In these turbulent times of upheaval in bus and train transport, we can only hope that the disruptions will soon be a thing of the past and that all passengers can travel as usual again.
