Holiday jobs for students: Companies in Spremberg open their doors!

From July 24th to September 6th, 2025, pupils in the Spremberg region have the opportunity to get exciting holiday jobs. The aim is not only pocket money and initial professional experiences, but also insights into the diversity of the world of work. The "Holiday work in Spremberger and Spetaler company" project is carried out by ASG Spremberg in cooperation with regional schools and is aimed at all young people aged 15 and over.

A colorful bouquet in industries is waiting for the young talents. In industry, gastronomy as well as in the craft, companies such as , Confiserie felicitas, kronospan . Insights into everyday company life, the discovering new professions and the establishment of valuable contacts for later training are one of the future -oriented goals of this project.

Applying for a holiday job is uncomplicated. Interested students can send their documents directly to the participating companies by email. But not only local companies offer opportunities. If you are ready to work next to school from the age of 16, you can also consider a student job at Lidl . Here young people can gain their first experience in retail in the areas of removal, baking or cash. Working hours are flexible- two to three times a week after school and even up to five days a week during the holidays. However, a medical youth protection examination must be completed before the start of the activity.

This offer not only opens up the possibility of improve their pocket money, but also conveys the importance of teamwork and appreciation in everyday work. For many, this is a first step into a promising professional future.
