Arcis Saxophon Quartet: A world format on music tour 2025!

Neuenhagen bei Berlin, Deutschland - On July 12, 2025, a musical highlight awaits us: the Arcis saxophone quartet brings its impressive sounds to the domestic concert halls. Founded at the University of the Arts in Berlin and trained by the renowned Artemis Quartet, the ensemble inspires not only in Germany, but also internationally with its first -class ability and has earned the call of a "quartet of world format".

The concert program on July 12th will include a colorful collecting suite of classic works, including pieces by J.S. Bach, N. Kapustin, A. Igudesman and T. Zaremba. Foyer entrance is already at 6 p.m., so the anticipation can begin!

The Arcis Saxophon Quartet also pays special attention to education : With ensemble workshops, master classes and school visits, they promote the interest of children and adolescents in music. Composers worldwide are invited to submit their works for the “Quirty Nightclub Chronicles” program. The contributions should have a duration of 5–6 minutes and be designed for a satellite saxophone quartet with electronic accompaniment. The best submissions could not only be listed worldwide, but also expect a fee of 300 euros for the winners.

The ensemble, which is also at the pulse of time, will present the selected pieces in over 30 performances - an opportunity to look forward to both composers and music lovers.
