Höfenacht & Stadtfest: A weekend full of fun in Königs Wusterhausen!

What is going on in Königs Wusterhausen at the weekend? It gets colorful and varied! On Saturday, July 5, 2025, there are numerous events on the program that offer something for everyone. The highlight is the 13th Königs Wusterhausen Höfenacht, which begins at the city fountain at 6 p.m. and can come up with new farms this year.

For the third time, the traders, real estate owners, clubs and the city administration of Königs Wusterhausen are there as organizers. At 22 farms there is a wide selection of music, food and drinks, whereby the individual courtyards themselves are responsible for the culinary and musical offer. An informative flyer was created for visitors, which is available both on the courtyards itself and in retail. Four courtyards are new this year: the Harley Station at Storkower Straße 36, Hof Holzbau Schmidt at Karl-Marx-Straße 2, the Hof der Stille at Bahnhofstrasse 3 and the ice cream parlor Am Stübchen in Bahnhofstrasse 7a. But the Höfenacht is not the only event that is waiting for the visitors: on the inside. In Schulzendorf on the same day of the jazz summer with a concert by the Maik Krahl Quartet in the patronage church, which begins at 7.30 p.m. Tickets cost 10 euros, the card for all four concerts is available at a price of 32 euros. If you prefer to experience live music in the community, you should not miss the city festival in Wildau, which will be celebrated around the fire brigade from 1 p.m.

The various festivals and film screenings in the region are recommended for families and nature lovers. From 2 p.m. the village festival in Frankenförde invites you to linger, while in the outdoor pool in the outdoor pool, both a tractor meeting and the Neptune Festival are celebrated from 1 p.m. In Teupitz there is a Movie Night with free admission from 3 p.m. and the opportunity to watch the film "Werner" in the Sperenberg lido at 8 p.m.

There is also something to experience for theater lovers: "Romeo and Julia" will be listed on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the Volkshaus Wildau, while the performance "Hymenoptera - The Wild Bees" is on the program in the Zeuthen/Miersdorf library on Sunday at 3 p.m. Music lovers can look forward to the anniversary concert of the mixed choir Ludwigsfelde on Saturday at 4 p.m. in the Evangelical Church of St. Michael or go to a concert by the district music school Teltow-Fläming on Sunday from 3 p.m. in the Jüterbog branch.

Finally, on Saturday at 6 p.m. there is the possibility to participate in a natural history evening hike in Zeuthen - but registration is required by July 4th.
