However, the reason for the closure is anything but pleasant. Viktor Gisbrecht, the owner, is having difficulties with the responsible tax office. He has already given notice, but the authority to support the tax office does not end until the end of December. Until then, the café cannot open its doors. The reopening is expected to take place in late December or early January, although a definitive date has yet to be announced. Gisbrecht confirms that the café should be operated again in its original form.
