Construction work on the A113: Secure speed 40 by June 16!

The A113 between Adlershof and Rudower Höhe is currently in the first three days of an extensive construction phase, which lasts from today, June 12th to June 16, 2025. As MOZ.de, drivers have to expect a speed limit of 40 km/h in both directions. This measure was introduced to prevent possible damage to cable duct shafts and drainage systems. During the work, road users are only available to a two -lane section.

From June 16, the traffic will then be redirected to the south, but the road will remain two -lane by July 28th. An important detail: the exit Adlershof towards the south is closed. The diversions lead the drivers to the Stubenrauchstraße, Schönefeld-Nord and Schönefeld Süd.

traffic situation and traffic jam

The construction work already ensures noticeable traffic disruptions. According to current messages on stumMelder-karte.de there was a long time at 07:20 a.m., on the A113 between Johannisthaler Chaussee and Schönefeld-Nord to a traffic jam of 3.9 km. The left lane in this area is also blocked.

In addition, there are slow traffic situations between Johannisthaler Chaussee and 0.2 km before Rudower Höhe, which further exacerbates the situation. In the early morning, the blocking of the left lanes between Stubenrauchstraße and Tunnel Rudower Höhe was also announced, which will probably take until June 20, 2025. Here it is important to be particularly patient, because those who are on the A113 could encounter further delays.

overview of the A113

The A113 extends over a total length of 19 km from the Neukölln motorway triangle (A100) to the Schönefelder Kreuz (A10/A13). It offers a state of expansion with two lanes in each direction and some sections with three lane. The increased traffic volume and ongoing work are currently making the A113 a needle toll for commuters and travelers.

All those who will be on the A113 in the next few days should consider a detour or plan enough time for their way. The traffic volume and the construction sites are a cause that affects everyone and can make daily commuting more challenging.
