There is something happening in Eberswalde for everyone who is looking for a training position! On July 8, 2025, interested teenagers and young adults will have the opportunity from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m Last minute apprenticeship exchange Discover exciting offers in the family garden. More than 40 exhibitors from Barnim, Uckermark and eastern Brandenburg will be on site to present their training and study programs. The event is organized by the Eberswalde employment agency, the Barnim job center, the Barnim youth employment agency as well as the East Brandenburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) and the Frankfurt (Oder) Chamber of Crafts.

The pressure on training positions in the region is high. Around 900 young people are currently looking for a place in company training, while over 700 vacant training places are on the market for 2025 in the Eberswalde agency district. This not only makes the hearts of future trainees beat faster, but also shows how important personal contact with employers is.
