Perleberg, Deutschland - This week it can be seen again how important the protection of our cultural heritage is. The cultural assets were at work on the Plattenburg near Perleberg and the castle ruins in Mesendorf to do the first exercise of the Cultural Heritage Response Unit (Chru) to demonstrate their skills. The Technical Relief Agency (THW) takes care of the rescue of humans and animals in the background, while the cultural founders secure the valuable cultural goods. The planning and coordination of material procurement was based on three pallets full of technology and material for emergencies, and the use was closely coordinated with the property protection in the Prignitz district.
