Luckenwalde II remains unbeaten – Lübben celebrates in a scoring frenzy!

Things got really busy in the Brandenburg football district on November 9th: the 10th matchday of the Landesliga Süd had some exciting encounters that brought both cheering fans and disappointed teams.

The first positive news comes from Luckenwalde. The second team of FSV Luckenwalde remains undefeated and celebrates a clear 3-1 win against Senftenberg. Oskar Julpe gave Senftenberg the lead early in the 3rd minute, but Steven Demgensky equalized in the 19th minute. Colin Wilhelm Schwarzlose (83rd) and Moritz Wallmann (85th) ultimately secured the deserved victory as well as the impressive record of 11 wins in 11 games and a goal difference of 47:5, as FUPA reports.

A debut win for Lübben

SV Grün-Weiß Lübben finally had reason to celebrate on Saturday. The Lübben team achieved their first win of the season with a 6-1 win against Lauchhammer. Alex Noack was successful twice (10th, 72nd) and Eric Schwarz was also accurate (16th, 59th). Kay Raschke (62nd) and Jonas Bergan (66th) increased the scoring, while Lauchhammer remains in last place in the table.

In another exciting duel, Hohenleipisch beat Krieschow 3-1. After a hand penalty from David Walter in the 45th minute, there was further reason to be happy for the home fans: Leonard Kotte (83') and Felix Kniesche (89') scored the goals that decided the game. There was also tension in the match between Seelow and Wildau. Here, an own goal from Nabiel Nasser in the 16th minute initially gave Wildau the lead, before Lennard Flaig (72nd) and Till Schubert (81st) Seelow scored to win.

Goal-filled clashes

The clash between 1. FC Guben and Wernsdorf was particularly high in goals. Guben won 5:4. Niclas Straube opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, but the game had a few twists and turns. Max Milz and Francisco De Oliveira Silva's goals ensured an exciting final spurt, with Yahya Ben Nasseur scoring the decisive goal with a penalty kick in the 88th minute. Meanwhile, Ströbitz and Erkner drew 1-1 after an even game.
