The anticipation is increasing: In Kleinmachnow, the Schönes-Leben Group is planning to convert the former NH Hotel on the Teltow Canal into a luxurious senior residence. The allocation of two to four-room apartments is imminent and renovation work is expected to begin shortly. Exclusive service living is being created for people with special requirements - a concept that is very popular in the region.
The construction planning has already been completed and all necessary transactions for the start of the project have been completed. The earliest move-in date for tenants is planned for spring 2027. Paolo Masaracchia, who previously successfully managed hotels in Berlin, Hanover and Hamburg, will take over the management of the new seniors' residence.

The future residential complex will not only impress with its location, southwest of Berlin's city center and in the middle of green surroundings, but also with its modern architectural style. Generous window fronts provide plenty of daylight and create a bright, inviting atmosphere. The barrier-free design allows both individuals and couples to have a comfortable home. Those interested can choose between a balcony or a terrace, while the consistently high-quality furnishings of the apartments score points with fully equipped branded kitchens and modern bathrooms.
At the beginning of 2026, the Schönes-Leben Group will open a sales office in the hotel building, where future residents and interested parties can receive comprehensive information about the construction plans, the layout of the apartments, the start of construction and the prices. A first information evening is planned for April 14, 2025, followed by a public information day in autumn or winter 2025.
