Last weekend, the team started the 2025/26 season with an impressive appearance in three test games that took place on three consecutive days. The results speak for themselves: With three clear victories against amateur associations, the team drove up a sensational 59 goals overall. Over 5000 fans ensured an overwhelming atmosphere, despite the high temperatures.

In the first test on Friday, the 25-0 win against Wacker Schönwalde, the players of coach Claus-Dieter Wollitz immediately showed that they are ready to tackle the coming season. Above all, Jannis Boziaris, who also caused a sensation against the SpVgg Finsterwalde two days later, caused a sensation, the viewers attracted the attention of the audience. The remarkable side puller of Justin Butler, who remains in the memory, was also noteworthy. The team also revealed an impressive performance in the first half against Finsterwalde, which ended with a halftime score of 11: 0. Can Moustfa, Erik Engelhardt, and Tim Campulka contributed significantly to this high result, while Romarjo Hajrulla impressively scored three goals within just four minutes.

Justin Butler expanded this to 2-0 before half -time. In the second half, coach Wollitz changed the entire team, which gave the game no smears in the dynamics. This was followed by goals from Can Moustfa, Ted Tattermusch, Romarjo Hajrulla and Erik Tallig, who set the final score of 8: 0.

Romarjo Hajrulla shone in these test games as top scores and scored a total of eight goals. The newcomers also fitted seamlessly into the team structure, which gives hope for a successful season. This should look forward to the next challenges, because the next test game is already against VSG Altglienicke on Friday, July 4th.
