On Thursday, December 11th, the Prenzlau town hall and all specialist offices will be closed. The reason for this is the necessary security updates to central network components and the replacement of individual devices. This work is carried out by an external specialist company, as the town hall is critical infrastructure is classified. The city administration asks citizens to choose a different day for their concerns. The regular opening hours of the specialist offices, including the registry office, are as follows:
- Montag: 9 bis 12 Uhr
- Dienstag: 9 bis 12 Uhr und 14 bis 17.30 Uhr
- Donnerstag: 9 bis 12 Uhr und 14 bis 15.30 Uhr
- Freitag: 9 bis 12 Uhr
Reception, registration and city treasury remain open during the above-mentioned periods, such as:

Mayor's farewell on December 11th
