Wittenberge is facing a very special event: On June 16, 2025, the city will celebrate the 111th anniversary of its town hall. This date not only marks a historic moment, but also leads to the unveiling of a new souvenir that symbolizes citizens' connection to their homeland. In this context, a handmade coffee cup designed by the talented potter Kathi Kückel-Schulz is presented. The cup joins a series of coffee pots that already includes famous landmarks such as the Water Tower, the Singer Sewing Machine and the Stone Gate, joining the city's fourth landmark.

The official presentation of this special cup will take place on June 28, 2025 as part of the town hall festival. On this day of celebration, visitors have the opportunity to purchase the cup and see the inside of the town hall, and Mayor Dr. Oliver Hermann will be the first to use the coffee cup. Important to know: After the festival, the cup will be available at the Wittenberge Tourist Information and can not only be a nice souvenir, but also a great gift.
