Brandenburg reading summer 2025 will soon start in Neuruppin - register now!

In Neuruppin it runs from July 21, 2025 under the motto "Reading and having fun"! Then the 3rd Brandenburg reading summer starts in the city library and invites students to go on an exciting journey through the world of books. Participation is free of charge for everyone who comes to 5th grade or higher in the school year 2025/2026. When registering on site, the young readers can expect a little surprise!

The extensive program offers many actions: On August 20, creative minds can design buttons, while on August 27 the highlight for technology fans is due: a 3D printer is working here, and registration is required. The third event on September 3, impresses with a game zone in which Playstation and board games are available to have fun together and test new game strategies.

To keep up the motivation, there are also rewards! If you manage to read three or more books, not only gets a certificate, you can also take part in an exciting raffle. The crowning glory of the reading summer takes place on September 19, 2025 from 4 p.m. Here the author Karl Olsberg will read from his new book "The Dorf" and captivate everyone present.

What about the conditions of participation? The prerequisite for registration is a valid library ID, which can also be requested free of charge on site. The loan takes place for a maximum of two books, which can be loaned for 14 days each, and an extension is not possible. It counts: the more books are read, the more stamps there are in the reading logbook, which must be submitted in the library by September 12, 2025 at the latest.

Over 200 new and exclusive books are available to club members, including adventure novels, comic hits, fantasy worlds and popular rows.
